The
WDC Student Travel Planner Advisory Board is an association
of group travel planners, specific to the student industry
that is chosen by the Walt Disney Company®. The very small
group of companies that is chosen for the board stand out
within the student travel industry as those of experience,
quality, and reputation.
It's
purpose is to recognize their individual achievement and to
bring together company leaders for a presentation of travel
ideas and programs specific to the Walt Disney Company. |

IATA
International Air Transport Association
IATA
is the trade association of the world's international airline
industry. Originally founded in 1919, it now groups together
nearly 270 airlines, including the world's largest. These
airlines fly over 95 percent of all international scheduled
air traffic.
For
the general public, through its member travel agencies, IATA
simplifies the travel process. By helping to control airline
costs, IATA contributes to cheaper tickets and other costs
associated with airline travel. |

The
purpose of ARC is to be the preferred provider of high quality,
technologically advanced services related primarily to distribution
and settlement of travel purchased in the U.S. on behalf of
ARC’s owner airlines, participating carriers, authorized
travel agencies, and customers in the most secure, cost effective,
and innovative manner.

CLIA
Cruise Lines International Association
The
Official trade organization of the cruise industry, Cruise
Lines International Association (CLIA) also works in partnership
with nearly 20,000 affiliated travel agencies throughout North
America to ensure the highest caliber of cruise sales expertise
and service for cruise vacationers.
CLIA's
function is to promote the cruise industry to both the selling
agent and buying public through the broad activities of travel
agent training, public relations and advertising. CLIA's end
objective is to raise awareness about the cruise experience. |
