on a music trip to Austria & Germany.

1
Depart
your high school in the afternoon so you don't miss school or
work
Transfer to airport for flight through the night

2
Morning
arrival in Munich
Capital of Bavarian and Germany’s third largest city. Founded
by Monks in 1158, Munich has evolved into a world-class metropolis
for good taste and its’ own enchanting ambiance. The Wittelsbach
Dynasty ruled the one time Kingdom of Bavaria for more than 800
years, leaving its mark in art and culture, rich in testimony
to the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Rococo past. You
are met by your Tour Manager and transferred to your deluxe motorcoach
commencing your city sightseeing.
Your tour includes Munich’s major attractions and sights
including the Marienplatz, the Rathaus (whose attractive architecture
dates back to the middle ages), the Frauenkirche (Dom), Odeonsplatz,
Ludwigstrasse, Schwabing, and many other attractions. After
the tour, transfer to the hotel for check-in

Morning transfer to Salzburg
Along the way you will visit Cinderella-like Neuschwanstein Castle
built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria (1869-86), in late Romanesque
style above the stunning Pollat Gorge. It was originally known
as the “Castle of the Holy Grail of the Ideal Sovereign”Continue
on to Salzburg arriving late afternoonCheck-in to the hotel

Morning walking tour of Salzburg
A delightful and elegant city of music known throughout the world
as the birthplace of none other than Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
A city of wide open plazas, narrow medieval lanes, impressive
monuments from the 18th century in Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque
styles. Dominated by the magnificent fortress of Hohensalzburg
constructed in 1077 under Archbishop Gebhard, and finally completed
in the 17th century (Funicular ascend and visit included). Your
guided tour includes the remarkable Residence, the Old Town and
“Getreidegasse”, House of Mozart, the Cathedral and
Festival Theater. Afterwards, free time for lunch on
your own
Treat yourself to a Fiaker ride (Horse Carriages). Enjoy a leisurely
stroll and shop along the “Getreidegasse” and treat
yourself to some sinful Salzburger Pastries in one of the many
outside Cafes. Performance available in afternoon

Transfer back to the hotel

Morning transfer through the Salzkammergut (Lake District of Fuschl)
– St. Gilgen and Mondsee

Continue via Linz and Melk with visit to the Abbey
Arrive late afternoon in Vienna
Its’ history dates back to the Roman Empire, who gave the
city its name – “Vindobona” and first ruled
by the Babenberg dynasty 976-1246 expelling the Magyars from the
Holy Roman Empire in 955 by King Otto I. Several years later the
Habsburg dynasty flourished (1278-1918). Rodolf I initiated the
steady growth of the Habsburg dynasty until the present day. Arrive
at the hotel and check-In

Gain an overall impression of the most significant historical
sights, such as the Ringstrasse, Museum of Applied Arts, the State

imperial summer residence – Schonbrunn. Performance
