Sample Music Trip Itinerary

Below is just one sample itinerary of what you might experience
on a music trip to Denver.
Not only are there more ideas that we regularly suggest to our clients,
if you have an idea in mind, we can make it happen for you.

Thursday, Day 1

Depart high school
Arrive in Colorado Springs
Head straight to Pike's Peak
Grab your box lunch and hop on board the Pike's Peak
Railway.  This Swiss style railway takes you on a narrated
tour up to the top of Colorado's most famous mountain.
Along the way you'll see incredible mountains, majestic
wildlife, and you'll even see the site where 'America the
        Beautiful' was written

After that, we'll board the buses and drive through the Garden of the Gods (This beautiful park is home to rare rock formations that give it its name.) Then we'll take a swing by the U.S. Air Force Academy. At the Academy we'll make a short stop at the visitor's center that lets you look over the campus.
Then, we'll make the quick ride to Denver--the Mile High City
Check into the hotel
Pizza Party for dinner
Relax by the Indoor Pool
Room check & lights out

Friday, Day 2

Buffet Breakfast at the hotel
Transfer to Music Festival for performances and/or adjudications
Transfer to the Cherry Creek Mall for lunch on your own
Do you like books? Don't Miss the Tattered Cover
Bookstore just across the street. Maya Angelou said this
Denver landmark is her favorite bookstore...anywhere

Back to the hotel to change and get ready for the evening
Transfer to a real Dude Ranch for Dinner
This evening will be the best. Real cowboys sing and
entertain the group while the chef cooks up a gourmet dinner
under the stars. After that, it's marshmallows around the
campfire for a true Colorado moment.

Transfer back to hotel
Room check & Lights Out

Saturday, Day 3

Buffet Breakfast at the hotel
Transfer Six Flag's Elitch Gardens
Spend the day in the park riding and rocking
Lunch in the park with a meal coupon
Attend the Music Festival Awards Ceremony in the park
In the evening, transfer to the Hard Rock Cafe for a great dinner
After dinner, explore the 16th Street Mall and Larimer Square
This revitalized historic section of Denver hosts a great
outdoor mall with plenty of shopping, entertainment, street
        performers, and fun

Transfer back to the hotel
Pack-up and prepare for the morning
Room check & lights out

Sunday, Day 4

Buffet Breakfast at Hotel
Check-out of the hotel and load the buses
Get ready for the "piece de resistance"
Step-On guides will meet us and take us on a bus tour into the mountains
We will travel through beautiful Golden, Colorado and into
the Arapahoe National Forrest.  We'll stop along the way to
take an an actual Gold Mine Tour where you'll see the true
spirit of the Old West. After the tour we'll head to Beau
Jeau's and eat some "Mountain" Pizza-you can't leave
Colorado without trying it. After lunch, well head through the
great cliffs of the Rocky Mountains. Just too much to see,
including a real Buffalo herd. This is what it's all about.

As the tour comes to an end, we'll say goodbye to our guides and then its time to head home
Goodbye Denver
Welcome Home!
