Sample Music Trip Itinerary

Below is just one sample itinerary of what you might experience 
on a music trip to New York.
Not only are there more ideas that we regularly suggest to our clients,
if you have an idea in mind, we can make it happen for you.

Thursday, Day 1

Depart high school
Arrival in the Big Apple--New York City
We'll head straight to the United Nations
Start the trip off right by touring the center of world compassion
Then we'll head to Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange
You're standing in the center of the world' most powerful
monetary building. Fortune and fame have been made...and lost
in this very building. You'll have a self-guided tour of the visitor's
area and be able to watch the floor of the Exchange in action

Then we'll go to the Manhattan Mall for a quick dinner
After dinner, we'll walk next door to the Empire State Building
Enjoy the lights of NYC from the observation deck
Then, we're off to the hotel for check-in
Room check & lights out

Friday, Day 2

Up and at it early today, we've got a lot to do
Continental Breakfast at the hotel
First thing, well head over to Rockefeller Center and NBC Studios
We'll standby to watch The Today Show 
Wave to everyone at home and say hi to Katie, Matt, Al, and Anne
After the show, we'll walk over to St. Patrick's Cathedral
A true landmark, you can't skip it on a trip to New York
Then we'll walk back over to Radio City Music Hall
This is a great tour of a New York Entertainment icon
Then, the early afternoon is yours for Shopping on 5th Avenue
You can go to Saks or Tiffany's or F.A.O Schwartz--or anything
in between in this--the most famous shopping area in the world!

Early in the afternoon, we'll meet up and head back to the hotel
Quick change and then it's off to the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts
You'll have a Performance outside on the steps of Lincoln Center
After the performance, you'll take a tour of this majestic place
From there, we'll head off to Times Square
We'll have Dinner at a Campus Get-Away's New York secret
Then you'll have free time in Times Square
Great for photos of Times Square all lit up and soaking 
up the culture of New York

Transfer back to hotel
Room Check & Lights Out

Saturday, Day 3

Sleep in a little, you earned it...and you have another Big Day!
Continental Breakfast at the hotel
A red Double-Decker Bus will pick us up for the best tour in town--
A narrated Big Apple Tour
We'll go uptown, downtown, and back to midtown. We'll see everything
Manhattan has to offer including Wall Street, Macy's (both the store and the
site of the parade), Madison Square Garden, the Garment District, Little
Italy, the Silicon Alley, the Battery, the United Nations Building, Central
Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, Tavern
on the Green, and plenty of other buildings you have always heard about. 
Then for your students, we'll also see The Real World House (1 and 10), the
WWF Restaurant, and MTV Studios.  Maybe we'll even have time to
standby for a taping of TRL Live. Is that Carson Daly?

During the tour we'll also make a stop at South Street Seaport for lunch on your own
After the tour, it's back to the hotel for a quick rest, shower and change
To start the evening, we'll walk to Times Square
Then it's Dinner at Planet Hollywood
After dinner we'll walk across Broadway to the Theater
Then we'll see The Lion King or another Broadway play
After the play its back to the hotel to pack-up and prepare for the morning
Room check & lights out

Sunday, Day 4

Continental Breakfast at Hotel
Check-out of the hotel and load the buses
Transfer to Battery Park
Load the Ferry for the ride to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty
You won't see a dry eye when you visit these icons of Freedom
After you return to the Park, you'll load the buses and depart for home

GOODBYE NEW YORK!
