Sample Softball Trip Itinerary
Orlando

Here's an sample of what a typical team experience might look like, although changes can be made.
As you are reading the itinerary, be aware that all transportation during the trip is provided for you.
You'll just catch the bus and go!  

And with all transportation, meals, and planning taken care of for you, 
plus all the theme parks to keep the team entertained away from the tournament, 
this is finally a tournament trip that you can enjoy too!

The sample itinerary below is just that, a sample. It merely shows the types of activities in which some schools have participated in the past and a sample of one school's schedule. Your school's itinerary/inclusions/order of events will definitely vary based on the particular inclusions chosen by your school, flight schedules, widely varying competition times/competition results/tournament advancement, and other scheduling factors that can not be estimated in advance.

Wednesday, Arrival Day, Orientation

Team goes to school all day and departs that evening
Team, Coaches, & Tag-Alongs depart on flight
Arrival in Sunny Orlando, Florida
Welcome from KSA and Campus Get-Aways Rep
Transfer directly to Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
Registration and Key Distribution (No hassle check-in!)
Quick orientation at check-in so you're prepared for the week
Your luggage will be at the back of the hotel for easy access to your rooms
Free time by the Pool to relax!
Room Check & Lights Out

Thursday, Day 1 of the Tournament

Breakfast at the hotel food court with a meal coupon
At appropriate time, transfer to Round 1 of the
KSA Classic Softball Tournament
Competed at Disney's Wide World of Sports™ Complex
The premier amateur athletic facility in the world
--Don't forget, JV competition is available at most KSA Tournaments
Team eats lunch on your own
After your competition, back to the hotel for a quick shower and change
Transfer to Disney-MGM Studios
Admission to the park
Don’t miss the action as you enjoy the fun all afternoon!  
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™, and the ROCK 'N' ROLLer Coaster® Starring Aerosmith await!
Transfer to The KSA Celebration of Athletes Ceremony

All teams will come together to meet and celebrate sportsmanship. Each team will be introduced and each coach will say a few words about their team. Every team member, manager, trainer, and coach will receive a KSA Participation Medal-because everyone who worked hard enough to get here is a winner! Get your camera ready, this is a once in a lifetime experience.  

After the fun, transfer back to the hotel
Free time by the Pool to relax!
Room Check & Lights Out

Friday, Game Day

Breakfast at the hotel food court with a meal coupon
At appropriate time, transfer to Round 2 of the Tournament
After your game, back to the hotel for a quick shower and change
Transfer to EPCOT®
Admission to the Park
Travel around the world in one evening at the World Showcase
Take a break in the afternoon and walk to the Disney's® Boardwalk Resort area just outside the park for some great fun on the Boardwalk and lots of fun and entertainment. You can even have lunch on your own at the ESPN® Cafe
Meal Coupon for Dinner in the Park
Don't miss Illuminations® 
  A Laser, Lights, and Fireworks Spectacular!
Transfer back to the hotel at park close
Free time by the Pool to relax!

Saturday, Celebration Day

Breakfast at the hotel food court with a meal coupon
At appropriate time, transfer to Round 3 of the Tournament
Trophy Presentation following each game
After your game, back to the hotel for a quick shower and change
Transfer to the Magic Kingdom® Park
Admission to the Park
Don’t forget to ride Space Mountain®, Splash Mountain®, and the ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter™.
Dinner in the park with a Meal Coupon
Don't miss the nightly light parade and fireworks 
Transfer back to the hotel at park close
Free time by the Pool to relax!

Sunday, Departure Day “The Trip Home”

Check out of hotel & Load Luggage into storage area
Transfer to a private Breakfast at the Rainforest Cafe
It's a real Rumble in the jungle at this great breakfast buffet
Admission to Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park
Spend the morning in the park
Don't miss the Kilimanjaro Safari™ and Countdown to Extinction™
Lunch on your own
After lunch, transfer to Downtown Disney® Marketplace
Free Time to shop and pick up those last minute souvenirs
Back to the hotel to gather your luggage and then depart for the airport
Goodbye Orlando
